Use this option for initial retainers and retainer replenishments. This payment is applied to the appropriate client trust account as required.

LawPay accepts credit/debit, eCheck, and may offer payment plans or credit options through LawPay.

Consultation Fee or Invoice Payment

Use this option for consultation fees and other payments that are not a retainer. This payment is applied to the firm’s operating account.

If you are paying an initial retainer or replenishing a retainer, use Pay Retainer (Trust). If you are paying a consultation fee or invoice, use Pay Consultation or Invoice.

Is there a fee for card payments?

Yes. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We do not offer in-house financing. If financing, credit, or a payment plan is available, it is offered directly through LawPay during the payment process. You may apply using either payment link above.
